South of Adelaide, the Willunga Fault froms the prominent scarp that borders the McLaren Vale.

The Willunga Fault forms a
prominent north-east trending escapment bounding the McLaren Vale south
of Adelaide. the fault intersects the coast line at Sellicks Beach where
fanglomerates are dissected by the wave cut platform (the bright cliffs
in the lower image). These images were created from the DENR* 100m DEM.
